MLM Binary Compensation Plans

You have checked everything out and you think you are virtually prepared to start your MLM or network marketing business. But when they were talking about compensation the phrase" MLM binary" came up and though you tried to look intellectual you hadn't got any idea what it meant.

You're not the only one. Multi-level marketing compensation plans look as if they were created by mathematics PhD's and appear to be exceptionally complex. Though on the surface they may look complex, but if you sit down with somebody who knows about them they're simple to figure out.

Here's what a Binary Plan is

As everyone knows binary means two. So in this plan everything comprises of 2. When you begin your new business part of that business will be to find folks who will wish to join your opportunity, and you may go out and find those 2 folk initially.

You may sign these new folk up and they become your front line. This is your private line of sponsorship and because this is a binary system they can then go out and induct 2 more folks each.

No more. No less.

So now you have inducted two others into your front line, let's call them Dick and Jane. If they follow the plan Dick and Jane can then go out and sponsor two more people and so it goes on, and everyone gets rich and achieves their goals.

Sadly Dick and Jane might not be especially effective at MLM selling and this occurs a lot .

So you need to go find one or two more folk and since you are only permitted to have a total of 2 people on your front link, you'll have to place these new sign ups UNDER either Fred or Sally.

Or maybe you may place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.

What's Binary Spillover?

When you dropped your new sign ups into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover.

In other words, you have helped them build one side of their business primarily based on your activities. And this is one of the great benefits of the MLM binary compensation plan - the idea that, if you have got an active upline, they would essentially assist you in building 1/2 your business.

The challenge is you'll still need to sponsor and recruit a fair number of people and place them on the opposite side of your business to "balance" the two legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance.

So while you might enjoy some giant spillover - you'll only get paid when you also add new folk to your business.

So this is one of the initial points you have to understand. It is not a matter of whether MLM binary is correct for you but the big issue is how can you market your business effectively? You have to have a plan in place to pimp your opportunity and your items.

Will you use a proven online lead generation system or explode your profits using attraction selling methods? Do you have a marketing budget?

How can you convince people you are the upline leader they are looking for to help them reach their dreams and goals?

These are the most important questions, truly, because if anybody has made money thru a mlm binary programme ( and many have ) then it's not the comp plan that is in question. The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
